總笑長的學習心得


What I feel in the moving, shouting, laughing course of Leader Sandesh


1.重新體驗人體骨骼架構該有的平衡和靈活


Reexperience the balance and agility that the skeleton should be


2.利用笑、抖動和舞動讓肌肉骨骼放鬆,讓「脊椎」自然「喬」回到原來的正確的位置。



Let laughing, shaking and dancing relax the muscle. Make the backbone return to the natural position



3.利用音樂讓振動更深入。


Music makes the dancing deeper


4.原來我們可以笑這麼久,甚至「笑」到「哭」出來。15分鐘讓很多人都創了新紀錄。



I never know before that we can laugh for so long, that we can even laugh to cry



5.確認「笑」可以不需要理由,不需要「頭腦」的同意,不需要幽默感或笑話。這點和愛笑瑜珈是相同的,可見英雄所見略同。


Laughing don’t need any reason. Laughing don't need the agreement of mind or brain.


6.笑了一整天,動了一整天,精神卻更清爽。



Laugh for the whole day. Move for the whole day. But I become more fresh



7.Sendesh老師「面惡心善」有時說話很「直」絕不拐彎抹角但是其實內在是很溫柔的啦!很願意傾囊相授幫助你提升能量。



Sandesh is tough in the appearance and good in the heart. Sometimes his words is very direct, but internally he is very gentle.



8.我們笑長們和「同學們」本身正面能量也很強,所以學習效果更好,彼此情誼也更加深厚。


We all participants have stong positive energy. That's very good for learning well. We made very good friendship after this class.





重新「學習」如何走路?太離譜了,竟然「同手同腳」!
