親愛的JOHN，

祝福你、你的親友和笑友們，聖誕節快樂，新年快樂。

為了幫助你去鼓勵你們所有笑友，我把我的愛笑故事再寫給你。

12年前我在卡塔利亞醫師和他夫人瑪德莉的祝福之下，創立這個位於印度門廣場附近的公園的愛笑俱樂部，剛開始我只找了7或8位朋友一起玩，我們決心實行，即使在6月到9月的雨季，我們就轉移地點到著名的泰姬瑪哈飯店的走廊，就在印度門廣場的對面。每位經常參加的笑友的健康狀況都進步很多，改善了他們的高血壓、糖尿病。我自己得了將近45年的氣喘病，現在幾乎已經被控制了，通通都是因為我們每週做了6天的愛笑運動和深呼吸。今天元月5日我就滿71歲了，而且為了治療癌症我在2002年和2005年分別在舌部和頸部做了手術。我對生命有非常正面的態度，沒有任何事可以阻止我每天去做這最重要的功課---愛笑運動。今天有25位笑友其中20位是女性。每年11月到翌年3月是觀光季節，很多來自各國的觀光客也會加入我們，彼此就像是兄弟姊妹一般。因為這樣我結交了很多國外的朋友。今天，在上帝的賜福和朋友們的祝福之下，我很健康就像你在照片上看到的我的樣子。有時候我也會受邀到其他社團如獅子會去示範愛笑運動。

merry x'mas and a happy new year to you and all your near and dear ones in your family and laughter clubs.

for your benefit I write again my profile for encouragement to all.

I started the gateway of India laughter club twelve years years when it was inaugurated by doctor Madan and his wife Madhuri Kataria, initially I barely managed to collect 7 or 8 of my friends to start with, we managed to carry on even during monsoon months of june to sept.,shifting our venue to a sheltered corridor of the famous taj mahal hotel, opposite the gateway of India.

Those who came regularly had greatly benefited in their health, high blood pressure and diabety, improved a lot.,

I myself have got asthma for the last 45 years, which is now totally under control, all because of, deep breathing exercises and laughter, our session lasts for half an hour,and it is 6 days a week, monday to saturday. I will be 71 years young on 5th january.

 I also had two surgeries on the tongue and neck in 2002 and 2005 folowed by radiation .for cancer.  having a very positive attitude towards life, nothing stopped me from carrying on the good work of laughter. today we have 25 members out of which 20 are ladies. during tourist season of November to March a lot of foreigners from various countries join us, like your own sister, this way I have made a lot of friends around the world. Today with the grace of God and good wishes of my friends I am absolutely fit and fine as you must have found from my photo you have sent me. Sometimes I am invited by outside clubs like lions club etc to conduct special sessions for their members.
