帥醫師 (穿白色T恤）是台灣的派區‧亞當斯醫師（Dr.Patch Adams電影「心靈點滴」的真實人物）,他經常在病人看診之後，除了藥單以外，會「雞婆地」多給一張愛笑俱樂部的傳單，並積極鼓勵患者去參加，往往這張傳單產生了比藥物千百倍的療效。這是一拖拉庫他的患者變成笑友之後的見證，不是總笑長在拍馬屁。

Dr. Eric Hwang, the Dr.Patch Adams of Taiwan, a popular obstetrician always not only gives prescriptions to his patients but also a flyer of laugher clubs list when he diagnoses the patient is not only physically ill but also mentally sick. Many patients followed his advice and joined the laugher clubs and got great benefits from laughters beyond the medicine.

Dr. Eric in white T-shirt led the warm-up silly walk with his club members on last Saturday for World Laughter Day celebration.
